From brief to launch.
The end-to-end process behind Ryan Dahlstrom — strategy, design, clean WordPress development, performance, and a smooth handover.

01
The brief
Ryan Dahlstrom testifies in alcohol-service liability cases, and his personal site had to read like a CV an attorney could cite — I wrote the brief around the headline Your Venue, My Expertise, Your Case, Strengthened.
-
02
Strategy & Wireframing
I stacked his proof as a numbers band — 1,200 people trained, 20 years of leadership, 100 skills certified, 130+ venues — then split everything he sells into three doors: publishing, consulting, and expert witness work.
-
03
Design & Branding
I kept it red and near-black over bar-interior photography, with Ryan in the same blue suit across the portraits so the person and the practice stay fused; his signature sits under the intro like a signed statement.
-
04
Development & Integration
I built the appointment form with a service-selection dropdown, a downloadable CV button, the complimentary half-hour consultation block, and a media section that walks reporters through reaching out, scheduling, and quoting him.
-
05
Responsive & Speed
I compressed the stat band to two-by-two on a phone without dropping a number, and kept the booking form's fields full-width so a lawyer in a courthouse hallway can fill it one-thumbed.

06
Launch & Delivery
I delivered it with the Las Vegas address, business hours, and both consultation routes live, plus a blog seeded with expert-analysis posts so the site doubles as his press kit.
