Turf Care Property Maintenance
From brief to launch.
The end-to-end process behind Turf Care Property Maintenance — strategy, design, clean WordPress development, performance, and a smooth handover.

01
The brief
Turf Care treats lawns across Windsor and Essex County on an annual program model — the brief I worked to wasn't selling visits, it was selling the year-long Care Max plan and the discipline behind it.
-
02
Strategy & Wireframing
I priced the flagship openly: the Care Max annual program lists its applications — spring crabgrass treatment with fertilizer through the late-fall feeding — from $528.15 plus HST on lawns up to 3,500 square feet, with the three-payment option beside it.
-
03
Design & Branding
I kept it green-on-green with striped-lawn photos from their own jobs, and set the crabgrass treatment panel on a dark texture so the villain of the site looks like one.
-
04
Development & Integration
I built service sections for crabgrass, broadleaf weeds, insect control, overseeding, and dethatching, a cross-promo block for their sister sprinkler company Thirsty Turf, and the custom-quote form the header button targets.
-
05
Responsive & Speed
The town-by-town service line under the hero — Windsor through Lakeshore — wraps into a readable stack on mobile instead of truncating, and I kept the quote button in the header at every width.
-
06
Launch & Delivery
I turned it on with a client quote crediting Daniel's pre-treatment emails by name, the annual program bullets, and both a custom-quote path and a phone path — a program business, sold like one.
