RGC Greenhouse Construction
From brief to launch.
The end-to-end process behind RGC Greenhouse Construction — strategy, design, clean WordPress development, performance, and a smooth handover.

01
The brief
RGC Group started as Ruthven Greenhouse Construction with portable tools and a lunch pail 25 years ago and now runs six divisions; the brief I took was one homepage holding greenhouse construction, steel buildings, excavation, footings, retrofit, and doors without turning into a directory.
-
02
Strategy & Wireframing
I treated each division as its own brand lockup — RGC Greenhouse Construction in red, RGC Steel Buildings in green, RGC Excavation in yellow — and repeated that colour-coded strip in the hero, the tile grid, and the footer so the structure teaches itself.
-
03
Design & Branding
Angled panel edges cut through every section like greenhouse roof lines, and I washed the project photography in navy so six different trades still feel like one company; the 25th-anniversary mark lives inside the logo itself.
-
04
Development & Integration
I built the six division tiles with their Get More Info paths, the Neufeld Brothers origin story set beside the full-team photo, and a testimonial slider led by a produce-growing manager praising two decades of projects.
-
05
Responsive & Speed
I collapsed the six-tile grid from three columns to one on a phone with each division's wordmark still readable over its darkened photo, and kept the footer hours table a table instead of letting it wrap.

06
Launch & Delivery
I sent it live with all six divisions routed, the Leamington address and 8-to-4 weekday hours posted, and the gallery button pointing at 25 years of standing structures.
