The site had to sell that investment pitch while still proving they handle heavy civil work.

Strategy & Wireframing
Under the heading 'Solutions for the Industrial, Commercial, Residential & Institutional Sectors' I laid out a twelve-service photo grid — Concrete, Excavation, Demolition, Landscaping and Interlocking, Winter Maintenance, Grading, In-Water Works, Paving Asphalt, Renovations, Construction Management, Consultation, and Surveying and Site Layout. Dedicated 'Build Your Custom Garden Suite Today!' and 'Tiny Homes – Sustainable and Affordable' sections then pull the two money offers back out of the grid.

Design & Branding
The look borrows from the jobsite itself: hi-vis yellow against black, workers laying interlock stone in the hero, and an angled yellow wave closing the footer. Between those bands, white service cards with square photo thumbnails keep twelve trades scannable instead of overwhelming.

Development & Integration
I embedded their 'Innovative Tiny Homes' slide deck directly in the page so prospects flip through floor plans without leaving the site, and framed the signed Enbridge 'Excellence in Excavating' certificate (500+ Ontario One Call locates with zero pipeline damages) as its own Certification section. Testimonials run in a slider with Read more expansion, opening on the Anet Fibre Tech Inc. excavation story.

Responsive & Speed
Twelve service tiles are a desktop luxury, so on phones the grid reflows to single-file cards with the photo kept above each label — property investors skim it in an elevator, not at a desk. Hero images ship in multiple sizes so the stone-laying photo doesn't cost a 4-second load on site visits.
