Maximum Property Solutions
From brief to launch.
The end-to-end process behind Maximum Property Solutions — strategy, design, clean WordPress development, performance, and a smooth handover.

01
The brief
Windsor–Essex landlords hand their rentals to Maximum Property Solutions, and the site had to convince property owners in writing — it opens "Property Management Company in Windsor" under a hero wearing the Canada's Best to Invest Windsor badge, and speaks to tenants, landlords and investors as three distinct readers.
-
02
Strategy & Wireframing
I kept the homepage one long, skimmable services brief — Showing & Leasing, Day-to-Day / Preventative Maintenance, Tenant Relations, Unit Turnovers, Financial Documentation, Compliance Assurance, Condo & Commercial — while the nav splits Tenant Resources and Landlord Resources into their own dropdowns so each side finds its paperwork fast.
-
03
Design & Branding
The hero is a real suburban streetscape with three orange-ringed circular callouts floated over it (Estate & Mortgage Enforcement among them), paired with serif headings and a text-forward layout that reads more like a management brochure than a flashy agency page.
-
04
Development & Integration
I built the seven-part services rundown including the 24/7 on-call tenant relations and monthly financial statements, a "Tenants / Landlords / Clients" testimonial slider with a Share Your Experience button, the rental listings area, and a contact form whose dropdown asks whether you're a Tenant, Landlord or Investor before you write a word.
-
05
Responsive & Speed
On a phone the three orange circle callouts reflow into a compact row beneath the hero photo, and the long services column keeps its subheadings so an owner can skim it in a lift.

06
Launch & Delivery
Launch shipped the full services brief, the testimonial slider, the Pro Partnerships logo strip and the sorted contact form, all pointing back to the Deziel Drive office in Windsor.
