From brief to launch.
The end-to-end process behind P&G Construction Group — strategy, design, clean WordPress development, performance, and a smooth handover.

01
The brief
P&G Construction Group runs six trades — from concreting to demolition — for industrial, commercial, residential and institutional clients, and needed one site that made a multi-trade outfit read as a single dependable crew. "Building the Future, One Project at a Time" became the hero line over a working demolition shot.
-
02
Strategy & Wireframing
I put the whole offer on the homepage in one pass: three intro cards (Technology & Innovation, Teamwork, Operations) citing the 15+ years of experience, then the six-trade photo grid, then a Featured Works carousel of commercial builds — with a Book An Appointment button fixed in the header.
-
03
Design & Branding
I committed to hazard black-and-yellow end to end — a yellow band behind the intro cards, yellow CTAs, an excavator-and-rubble hero — so the site reads like the equipment it advertises.
-
04
Development & Integration
I built the six service tiles (Concreting, Excavation, Demolition, Landscaping & Interlocking, Winter Maintenance, Grading), the Featured Works project carousel, a testimonial slider opening with Carter Realty's review, and a newsletter signup in the footer.
-
05
Responsive & Speed
Each service tile is deliberately one photo and one label, so the six-trade grid folds into a clean single column on a phone while the header's Book An Appointment button stays the shortest route to a quote at any width.
-
06
Launch & Delivery
The build shipped with all six trades documented, past jobs pictured in the Featured Works slider, and the yellow "Don't hesitate to contact us any time" band handing every homepage visit to the Get a Quote form.
