From brief to launch.
The end-to-end process behind SyncEV — strategy, design, clean WordPress development, performance, and a smooth handover.

01
The brief
SyncEV runs a fully integrated EV charging network across Québec and Ontario, and needed a French-first site that speaks to the electricians, contractors and property developers who install and resell its chargers.
-
02
Strategy & Wireframing
Rather than pitching EV drivers, every section pitches the trade: the 0,10$-per-kWh revenue program gets its own block near the top, and the Condo Branché offer for multi-unit buildings follows right after it.
-
03
Design & Branding
I kept the palette dark with electric-yellow accents so the stat cards — 870+ chargers installed, 3,400+ satisfied clients — read like a charging indicator against the page.
-
04
Development & Integration
I built the French/English language switcher, an FAQ accordion for the professional-access program, a client login link to the charging portal, and a contact form paired with a Google Map of live station locations.
-
05
Responsive & Speed
Installers check the catalogue from job sites, so on a phone the stat cards and the map-plus-form section drop into a single column with fields big enough to fill in from a van between jobs.

Launch & Delivery
The site went live in French with English a click away, and every Commençons button now feeds installer and developer enquiries the team answers within 24 working hours.
