From brief to launch.
The end-to-end process behind Rescue My Bar — strategy, design, clean WordPress development, performance, and a smooth handover.

01
The brief
Rescue My Bar is the consulting arm of The Bar Experts, and an owner drowning in a failing bar had to see a credible lifeline — so I hung the brief on Ryan Dahlstrom's thirty years designing and managing hospitality properties.
-
02
Strategy & Wireframing
I ordered the six specialties as an escalation — customer experience, profitability analysis, the 10-to-20-point operations audit, training manuals, extended management, then corporate events — so the deeper an owner's trouble, the further they scroll into heavier help.
-
03
Design & Branding
I cropped every specialty photo into a circle with a gold paint-stroke behind it — the screaming bartender ripping his shirt for Extended Management earns its place — over a parchment texture with handwritten-style subheads.
-
04
Development & Integration
I built the alternating specialty sections, the See Our Services Menu carousel that presents offerings like a drinks list, a sticky black nav with the Contact Us Now pill, and the embedded video circle for their channel.
-
05
Responsive & Speed
The circle crops keep their composition when the columns stack on a phone, the alternating left-right rhythm becomes a straight feed, and I kept the gold contact pill inside the opening view.
-
06
Launch & Delivery
I launched it with the profitability pitch — The Numbers Don't Lie — front and center and the services menu wired to the contact flow for owners finally ready to ask for help.
