Liverpool Global Education
From brief to launch.
The end-to-end process behind Liverpool Global Education — strategy, design, clean WordPress development, performance, and a smooth handover.

01
The brief
An education group running seven brands — from a nursery for one-to-four-year-olds to a school founded in 1880 — needed one parent site, so I made orientation the goal: introduce Liverpool Global Education once, then route every visitor to the right institution.
-
02
Strategy & Wireframing
I planned one long homepage with a section per brand, ordered roughly by learner age from Liverpool Nursery through Belvedere British School to the Teaching Academy and the Liverpool Learning publishing arm, each pairing its own crest with a short pitch and a green Learn More button.
-
03
Design & Branding
I pulled the navy and green straight from the group's coat-of-arms crest, alternated logo-left and logo-right rows so seven brand sections stay scannable, and set the 'Transforming Education for a Better Future' hero over a darkened chalkboard classroom photo.
-
04
Development & Integration
In the WordPress build I included an Educational Services dropdown listing all seven brands, a testimonial slider, the join-for-£20-a-month-or-67p-a-day banner, and a contact form that ends in a full-width green SEND A MESSAGE bar.
-
05
Responsive & Speed
On phones I kept the full heraldic crest large above a hamburger toggle instead of shrinking it to a favicon-sized mark, and broke the hero title cleanly into its kicker line and the brand name over the classroom photo.

Launch & Delivery
Live at liverpoolglobaleducation.org, the site I delivered anchors the group across Liverpool, London, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Riyadh and Amman — with the UK DfE British School Overseas accreditation and Edexcel exam-centre status stated right on the homepage.
