    From brief to launch.

The end-to-end process behind Mr Microsoft — strategy, design, clean WordPress development, performance, and a smooth handover.

    1. 01

      The brief

Behind Mr Microsoft is Mezba Uddin, a Microsoft MVP and Solution Architect whose 200+ articles needed a home that reads like a publication — the hero states 'Microsoft 365 Expertise & Insights' and backs it with 10K+ monthly readers and 15+ years in the stat strip.

    2. 02

      Strategy & Wireframing

I split the content by depth rather than date: latest posts sit beside a Quick Tips rail of short wins like 'Secure Your Microsoft 365 Account', with eight topic hubs — Azure, Copilot, Entra, Exchange Online, Intune, Microsoft 365, PowerShell & Automation, and Teams — one card-click away.

    3. 03

      Design & Branding

Each topic card carries its own color — Azure in blue, Copilot in purple, Intune in green — against an otherwise near-monochrome layout, and a dark-mode toggle sits in the header for admins reading after hours.

    4. 04

      Development & Integration

I built the categorized blog with read-time badges on every post card, dual newsletter signups, monthly archives running back years, and the About-the-Author block pairing Mezba's illustrated portrait with his MVP credential.

    5. 05

      Responsive & Speed

On mobile the eight category cards stack full-width in a single thumb-scrollable column while the readers/articles/years counters stay packed above the fold, so the credibility numbers land before the first headline.

    6. 06

      Launch & Delivery

The site went live publishing — fresh posts like the Restricted SharePoint Search migration guide led the homepage, the Quick Tips rail was stocked, and both newsletter forms were collecting subscribers.
