    From brief to launch.

    The end-to-end process behind Clearview Dental Optometry — strategy, design, clean WordPress development, performance, and a smooth handover.

    1. 01

      The brief

      Clearview is two practices in one Milton, Ontario clinic — Dr. Kiran Kapadia's dentistry plus an optometry office — and the hero says exactly who it serves: "Milton Community Dentist — Welcoming New Patients" over a photo of the doctor beside her own chair. The build had to route two different patient types to the right appointment without confusion.

    2. 02

      Strategy & Wireframing

      We mapped the split at the very top: separate "Book Dental Appointment" and "Book Optometry Appointment" buttons flank the logo before the nav even starts. Below that, dentistry owns the depth — a Dental Services menu with 13 treatment pages, a New Patients page, and a Service Area section with 14 neighbourhood pages from Old Milton to Timberlea for local search.

      Design & Branding

      The identity hangs on the script "C" monogram in slate blue, a solid blue nav bar on white, and — critically — real photography of the actual clinic: Dr. Kapadia in the operatory, the treatment rooms, the imaging workstation. No stock smiles where a real practice could show itself.

    4. 04

      Development & Integration

      I integrated a Google review carousel displaying the live "5.0 of 5, based on 33 reviews" score with named patient quotes, three service cards (Teeth Cleaning, Teeth Whitening, Dental Bridges) with Learn More paths, and a footer Google Business Reviews 5.0 badge beside the "Visit our optometry clinic website" cross-link. Both header buttons connect straight into the clinic's scheduling.

    5. 05

      Responsive & Speed

      On mobile the two booking buttons stack full-width above everything else — a patient with a toothache should never scroll to book — and the review carousel collapses to one card at a time. Clinic photos are cropped for portrait screens so faces stay in frame.

    6. 06

      Launch & Delivery

      The launch delivered both booking paths, the 13 dental service pages, 14 Milton neighbourhood pages, blog, and privacy/terms pages, with the optometry site linked as its own destination. The review score updates from Google without manual edits.
