Bay Master Automotive Shop
From brief to launch.
The end-to-end process behind Bay Master Automotive Shop — strategy, design, clean WordPress development, performance, and a smooth handover.

01
The brief
Bay Master sells auto repair shop management software, so the homepage had to work like a SaaS pitch rather than a brochure. Its hero claim — 'Automotive Repair Shop Management Software That Does It All' — sits beside a laptop mockup showing yearly sales dashboards, with 'Get a Demo' as the single ask.

02
Strategy & Wireframing
The page walks a shop owner down a decision path: a trust-badge strip up top, 'Supercharge Your Automotive Shop' and 'Manage Your Customers' feature sections, a 'See Why Auto Shops Love Bay-Master' testimonial block, and an 'All-In-One' icon grid before the closing invoicing argument.
-
03
Design & Branding
Alternating white and pale-grey bands keep it clean-corporate, with navy headlines that flip key phrases — 'Handles it All,' 'Automotive Shop' — into bright blue. Photography stays on working technicians and shop floors, no stock handshakes.
-
04
Development & Integration
I built the feature sections as expandable lists — Credit Card Processing opens to show merchant-rate points while VIN/License Scanning, Text & Email Invoices and Remote Pay wait collapsed below. An eight-tile grid running Customer Financing through Job Images summarizes the platform, and a rotating quote from Barbara R., a customer since 1997, carries the social proof.
-
05
Responsive & Speed
Shop owners evaluate software at the front counter on whatever phone is handy, so the five software-directory rating badges restack into a scannable vertical column on mobile. Feature lists load collapsed to keep the small-screen page short.

06
Launch & Delivery
Live delivery included the header demo button, the navy footer with its Master Services Agreement and Responsible Disclosure pages, and blog infrastructure ready for their content plan.
