The brief
AYD Internet Marketing is a Kelowna agency founded in 2012 by Daryl, who grew his own pressure-washing business before consulting for others. The site opens on 'Digital Marketing Services To Grow Your Business.' and had to prove a specialist beats a big agency — with evidence, not adjectives.

Strategy & Wireframing
I structured the homepage as an evidence ladder: the What We Do trio (Google Ads, Paid ads, Digital Marketing Consulting), 'Our Story & Why' with expandable answers to 'Why AYD was created?', then 'Results That Truly Speak for Themselves' case cards, 'Industries We Specialize In' (Tech & SaaS, B2B Lead Generation, Business Lead Generation), the team, and a founder letter. Seven services including Email Marketing and Organic Social Media live in the Services dropdown rather than crowding the page.

Design & Branding
Charcoal hero panels layer floating ad-dashboard graphics over a laptop photo, while two saturated blue bands — the five-star testimonial strip and 'A Message from Our Founder' — break up the grey-white sections. Red pill buttons reserve one colour exclusively for 'Get a Free Quote' actions.

Development & Integration
The case cards embed actual campaign charts — 'Reducing Cost Per Conversion By 50% For A Roofing Company' shows the real results graph, and the freight-company card plots its click-through-rate climb by year. The 'Let's talk' footer form keeps just Full name, Email address and Your message ahead of a Get a Quote button, and a client logo strip (Treasure Valley Exteriors, UpHero, GLSA, Beach Home Inspections) sits under Relation & Awards.

Responsive & Speed
The mobile capture shows the hero keeping its full pitch while the two CTAs restack — a full-width red Get a Free Quote above a lighter Get Started arrow link — so the primary action owns the first screen. Service cards fall into one column with their photos intact, since ad-spend decision makers read this between meetings on a phone.

Launch & Delivery
Shipped live with the 'Insight. Planning. Impact.' framework band (Assess, Plan, Evolve), team cards for Eason, Davin and Daryl with their specialisms, the FAQ accordion opening on 'How is AYD Internet Marketing different from other agencies', and testimonials citing 4.8 stars across 250+ reviews.
