From brief to launch.
The end-to-end process behind Trubees Vault — strategy, design, clean WordPress development, performance, and a smooth handover.
-
01
The brief
Trubee's Vault trades physical gold and silver from Cincinnati, and I aimed the build at earning coin-counter trust online — real inventory, live prices, and both directions of the trade visible up front.
-
02
Strategy & Wireframing
I made the four metals the navigation itself — Gold, Silver, Copper, Platinum across the header — and put a SELL badge beside the cart so the buy-from-us and sell-to-us flows both show before any scrolling.
-
03
Design & Branding
I framed the catalog between a brushed-silver bar hero and a gold-ingot banner, keeping the product cards white and plain so a $70 Engelhard round reads like a price list, not a lifestyle ad.
-
04
Development & Integration
I built the WooCommerce catalog with the real line-up — 1oz silver rounds, 1g gold bars, the 2oz Maple flex bar at $259.93 — plus product search, customer accounts with order history, and the cash-in-your-metals inquiry form.
-
05
Responsive & Speed
I kept every price attached beneath its product title at any width and left the header search within reach, because bullion buyers arrive knowing exactly which round they want.
-
06
Launch & Delivery
I opened the store with an embedded Google-reviews widget showing the five-star average and a write-a-review button, payment marks in the footer, and both trading directions live.
