The brief
A to Z Madison Medical runs medical-supply stores in Tulsa, Oklahoma City and Fairfax, and the site had to serve patients who reorder monthly, not just first-time visitors — headline "Premier Medical Supply Store in Tulsa," with its Tier 1 DME provider status for Ardent Health employees flagged right under the hero.

Strategy & Wireframing
I planned the header around repeat use: three location pins across the top, an ONLINE BILL PAY button in the nav, and separate Existing Patients and Forms dropdowns — while the footer carries direct resupply links from CPAP Resupply and Glucose Strips through Ostomy and Wound Dressings.

Design & Branding
A clinical blue palette with a curved hero over the staff photo, and matching circular icon tiles that separate Top Product Categories (Respiratory, Diabetic Care, Home Medical Equipment) from Featured Highlights (CPAP Machines, Glucose Monitors, Oxygen Resupply).

Development & Integration
I built the product category sections, the customer payment portal promotion with AutoPAY and eDelivery, downloadable patient paperwork (intake, demographics, a CPAP replacement/cleaning schedule), a live review feed showing 215 public reviews, and a partner strip with Zoellner Medical Group, Oklahoma Advantage Storehouse and The Vano Group.

Responsive & Speed
Mobile keeps the ONLINE BILL PAY button pinned at the very top of the screen, and the circular category icons restack into one column so a patient reordering supplies never hunts sideways.

Launch & Delivery
At launch all three locations, the bill-pay portal, the patient forms and the review feed were live, so existing patients could pay and reorder online from day one.
