The brief
Dr. Tim Potter, a Ph.D. animal scientist, needed attorneys to read him as court-credible on first load, so I built the entire site to argue a single line — 'Animal Scientist Expert Witness: Providing Credible Testimony' — set over a photo shot from the saddle, between a horse's ears.

Strategy & Wireframing
Attorneys shop by dispute type, so I split his practice into eight branded service cards, from Fencing and Confinement to Equine Abuse and Neglect, and inserted a navy 'free initial review' call band midway down the page so the invitation appears before and after the evidence, not just at the end.

Design & Branding
I paired a saddle-brown and deep navy palette with bookish serif headings and cut the header and section joins on a diagonal, letting his own pasture and show-jumping photos — not stock — fill the service cards, testimonial backdrop and footer gallery.

Development & Integration
I centered the WordPress build on a six-field 'Schedule a Call' form with date and time pickers, alongside a dot-navigated carousel of attorney reviews (Caleb Bertch's five-star account of beating summary judgment among them), plus a blog, site search and an accessibility toolbar.

Responsive & Speed
On mobile I put the contact route first — the stacked top strip surfaces the tap-to-call line before the logo panel and the navy search-and-menu row — and kept the hero's credential kicker 'J. Tim Potter, Ph.D., PAS' on its own line above the serif headline.

Launch & Delivery
Live at equine.expert, I stated the scope plainly — 'Nationwide Expert Witness, United States' in the footer contact block — and gave lawyers a same-page run from service card to scheduling form, with the six-photo horse gallery closing the credibility loop.
