    From brief to launch.

The end-to-end process behind Dr. Vaidyanathan — strategy, design, clean WordPress development, performance, and a smooth handover.

    1. 01

      The brief

Dr. Vaidyanathan is a Brampton family physician with over 40 years in practice, and he wanted a patient-education hub more than a brochure — the hero literally reads 'Dr. Vaidyanathan's Resources For Patients.' The goal was to explain his care from newborns to seniors and take appointment requests online.

    2. 02

      Strategy & Wireframing

The homepage runs hero, about, an eight-card services grid, 'Because Your Health Matters Most', the appointment form and testimonials — covering Medical Care, Newborn Circumcision, Travel Vaccines, Yellow Fever, TB Skin Test, Minor Procedures, Care Of The Elderly and Early Pregnancy Care. He also asked for a 'Poem' page in the main nav — his own writing on health and spirituality — so I gave it equal billing with Blogs.

    3. 03

      Design & Branding

I used a blue gradient hero with a cut-out photo of the doctor and dotted-pattern accents, then navy service cards with white line icons so eight services scan as one calm grid. Circular stat badges — '10+ Years Experience', '20+ Years Of Expertise' — punctuate the white sections.

    4. 04

      Development & Integration

The 'Schedule Your Visit With Dr. Vaidyanathan' block is a split card: intro copy on a photo panel beside a request form with First Name, Last Name, Enter Your Email and Comment or Message fields. Each of the eight service cards links through to its own detail page via 'Learn More'.

    5. 05

      Responsive & Speed

Many of his patients are elderly, so on mobile the service cards stack one per row at full width with generous tap targets, and the header keeps a one-tap call button pinned up top. Form fields expand edge to edge so nobody pinch-zooms to type a message.

    6. 06

      Launch & Delivery

Launch shipped the education-first homepage, the video band under 'Committed To A Healthier Tomorrow', the testimonial slider with patient voices like the Anderson family's, and the appointment request flow live on drvaidyanathan.com.
