Cal Pro Site Services
From brief to launch.
The end-to-end process behind Cal Pro Site Services — strategy, design, clean WordPress development, performance, and a smooth handover.
-
01
The brief
Cal Pro delivers portable restrooms and fencing to San Jose jobsites, where a site superintendent doesn't want a brochure — they want to know if units are free on their pour date.
-
02
Strategy & Wireframing
Booking beats browsing: the hero holds an availability checker asking service, delivery date and zip code, and published starting prices — $99 restrooms, $149 temp fence, $250 permanent fence — cut out the quote-request back-and-forth.
-
03
Design & Branding
High-vis red on black matches the safety signage crews already work around, with real photos of fence lines and restroom rows instead of stock handshakes.
-
04
Development & Integration
I built the availability-check form, the three-step Select–Schedule–Confirm booking explainer, the pricing plan cards, and a completed-projects grid with dates spanning festival grounds to industrial fence installs.
-
05
Responsive & Speed
Orders happen standing on the jobsite, so the checker's three fields stack full-width on a phone and the phone number in the top bar stays tappable.
-
06
Launch & Delivery
The site launched with OSHA-compliance and weekly-servicing points spelled out on the restroom plan and all three services bookable.
