    From brief to launch.

The end-to-end process behind A-1 Waste — strategy, design, clean WordPress development, performance, and a smooth handover.

    1. 01

      The brief

A-1 Waste is a family-owned roll-off dumpster company in Jackson, Tennessee, and the site leads with exactly what they sell: 'Roll-Off Dumpster Rentals in Jackson, TN – Fast, Affordable Waste Solutions.' The job was to take a homeowner or contractor from a local search to a booked dumpster in one visit.

    2. 02

      Strategy & Wireframing

I kept the sitemap to four pages — Home, About, Dumpsters, Contact — and let the homepage answer the real questions in order: which size (15-yard or 30-yard), what it costs (flat-rate, no hidden fees), and where they deliver (Jackson plus 25+ communities including Dyersburg, Humboldt and Milan). An FAQ accordion mops up the rest, from 'What can I put in a roll-off dumpster?' to long-term business rentals.

    3. 03

      Design & Branding

The look takes its cues from the truck decal: the red-and-chrome A-1 Waste badge logo on a black footer, red accent icons, and plain high-contrast cards elsewhere. No stock gloss — it reads like the local hauler it is, right down to the phone number painted into the logo badge.

    4. 04

      Development & Integration

Each size is spelled out in plain capacity terms — the 15-yard holds roughly 90–100 trash bags, the 30-yard about 180–200 — beside Book Now buttons tied into their Docket rental platform, so orders land in the software the office already runs. The FAQ is an expandable accordion, keeping answers like 'How fast can you deliver a dumpster in Jackson?' one tap away.

    5. 05

      Responsive & Speed

Contractors order from job sites, so mobile puts tap-to-call and the Book Now path ahead of everything else, with oversized touch targets on the FAQ rows for gloved hands. Pages stay light on images and script for patchy coverage across rural Madison County.

    6. 06

      Launch & Delivery

The live site shipped with same-day delivery messaging, the 25+ community service-area list working for local search, four linked social profiles in the footer, and the online booking flow confirmed on a-1waste.com.
