Zoellner Medical Group
From brief to launch.
The end-to-end process behind Zoellner Medical Group — strategy, design, clean WordPress development, performance, and a smooth handover.

01
The brief
Zoellner Medical Group treats sleep apnea in partnership with Tulsa Spine & Specialty and McAlester Regional Health Center, and the brief I followed was patient-first plainness — someone who hasn't slept properly in years shouldn't have to decode a hospital site.
-
02
Strategy & Wireframing
I compressed the patient journey into three cards — tell us your complaint, get consultation, get cure and relief — and raised the middle card in purple so the consultation, the one step they must take, is the one that stands out.
-
03
Design & Branding
I chose soft lavender-blues, roomy white space, and photography of actual rest — a sleeping patient opens the page instead of a stethoscope stock shot.
-
04
Development & Integration
I built the three-step journey, the CPAP explainer kept in the practice's own plain voice under We Always Honest With Our Patients, a strip introducing their related businesses — Madison Medical, the Oklahoma Advantage Storehouse, and the Vano Group — and the appointment form.
-
05
Responsive & Speed
I stacked the three journey cards in order on mobile so the purple consultation card lands mid-scroll, and trimmed the booking form to name, email, and message — nothing that stalls a tired patient.
-
06
Launch & Delivery
I switched it on with the do-not-put-this-off OSA warning beside the booking block, the partner businesses linked, and the practice phone repeated at the top and bottom of the page.
