The Road Less Traveled

Two roads stretched beneath the sky,
One well-trodden, one passed by.
I stood still, my heart unsure,
Which path to take, which future secure?

The first was easy, smooth, and wide,
With many travelers by my side.
The second, rugged, wild, and lone,
Promised a world unknown, my own.

With trembling steps, I chose to stray,
Down the road less walked each day.
The trees whispered, the winds sang,
Freedom in every step rang.

Though the way was rough and steep,
I found treasures I could keep.
Courage bloomed where fear once grew,
And I discovered something new.

The road less traveled changed my fate,
It taught me love, it taught me hate.
But most of all, it taught me this—
To follow dreams is life’s true bliss.
